Onchain activity and risk
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Tokens, stocks represented onchain, and strategy products can lose value. You are responsible for reviewing transaction details, fees, laws, and tax consequences before signing. Instincts does not promise profit or uninterrupted availability.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, violate law, interfere with security, impersonate others, or submit unlawful or infringing content. We may restrict access to protect users or the service.
Service changes
Features, networks, fees, and third-party integrations may change. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated here.
Governing terms
Instincts does not currently publish an operating entity, mailing address, or governing-law jurisdiction. Those details must be approved before any legal reliance on these terms.
